The St. Petersburg Sail & Power Squadron is in District 22 of the United States Power Squadrons.  USPS is a nonprofit boating organization formed in 1914 with approximately 450 squadrons. The St. Petersburg Sail & Power Squadron (SPSPS) was chartered in 1939.
